Telecos in Chile are known for setting traps to win over customers. Fine print in contracts and “zero cost” mobile phones are among their favorites, and they use them without hesitation.

On the other hand, WOM, as an underdog, has always stood with the people. So we decided to stay true to that by exposing with humor how other companies behave more like hunters than service providers.
